Library Addition
(September 2008)
Shortly after the 4-classroom school was built at the Bumala campus, a generous donor provided funds that enabled Mercy Children Centre to add a small library. Charles Oduor (Director of Mercy Centre) purchased the required lumber and hired a local carpenter to build the library shelving. He is working on populating the library with some books and he plans on training one of the students on a "check-out" system so classmates can borrow the books.
