Said Ailsa,

When asked about the amount of work that she did to put her sale together she said, "I usually have a movie night almost every night, but I thought if I want to have a garage sale then I have to sacrifice my movie night."
Her generosity, compassion, self-sacrifice, and humanitarian disposition demonstrates a commitment to the world far beyond her years. Sharing, to her, just seemed the most normal and rational act that any human being could make. One Child's Village is truly inspired by Ailsa's global citizenship!
